Studio Policies

While our team takes the absolute greatest care when handling and firing your masterpieces, pottery is an unpredictable art form, and occasionally pieces crack, warp, or experience glaze defects in the kiln. In the rare event that a piece does not survive the firing process due to a kiln malfunction or material defect, we will issue a studio credit or replacement piece. However, minor aesthetic variations and natural firing anomalies can occur! These are a normal part of the ceramic process and contribute to the unique character of each piece. Refunds will not be issued for these occurrences. We can try to do our best to fix them, but never a guarantee how it will turn out, as it is art!
