Studio Policies

While our team takes the absolute greatest care when handling and firing your masterpieces, occasionally pieces crack, warp, or experience glaze defects in the kiln. In the rare event that a piece does not survive the firing process due to a kiln malfunction or material defect, we will issue a studio credit or replacement piece. However, refunds will not be issued for minor aesthetic variations or natural firing anomalies. We can try to do our best to fix them, but never a guarantee how it will turn out, as it is art!
